Terms of Use

These Terms apply to purchases and use of digital products supplied by Lean Tools AU.

1. Digital Products

Lean Tools AU provides downloadable digital business improvement tools, templates and supporting resources.

Products are supplied digitally. No physical product is shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Purchases and Payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (A$).

Payment is processed through the payment provider made available during checkout.

Access to the purchased digital product is provided after successful payment verification.

3. Licence and Permitted Use

Purchase of a Lean Tools AU digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for internal use by the purchasing organisation.

The purchaser may use the supplied materials internally and provide working copies to relevant employees or team members for legitimate internal operations, subject to the licence supplied with the product.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

4. Redistribution and Resale

Lean Tools AU products must not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed or provided as a reusable copy to another unrelated business or organisation.

The materials must not be packaged into another commercial product or used to create a competing toolkit for resale or distribution.

5. Intellectual Property

Original Lean Tools AU content, layouts, templates, workbook design, visual materials, branding and other original product elements remain the intellectual property of Lean Tools AU and/or the applicable rights holder.

6. Product Use and Responsibility

Lean Tools AU products are practical business improvement tools.

They are not tailored professional, engineering, safety or legal advice for every workplace or situation.

Users remain responsible for determining whether and how the tools are appropriate for their workplace, industry and operations.

Use of a Lean Tools AU product does not by itself establish WHS compliance, ISO compliance or certification.

Lean Tools AU does not guarantee specific productivity, cost, quality, safety, financial or operational outcomes.

7. Digital Files and Data

Customers are responsible for retaining appropriate backup copies of downloaded products and for information they enter into editable tools.

Modification of formulas, structure or protected workbook elements may affect functionality.

8. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of Lean Tools AU products, refunds are handled in accordance with the Lean Tools AU Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. Product-Specific Terms

Individual products may include additional Licence & Terms of Use and Important Information relevant to that product.

Those product-specific terms form part of the conditions governing use of the purchased materials.
